Experience a night hike and concert with VAMP on top of Telemark! Gaustabanen is pleased to invite you to a unique outdoor concert featuring VAMP at Gaustatoppen on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 8:00 PM. The concert will take place at sunset in magical surroundings 1800 meters above sea level, with a view of 1/6 of Norway.

 

Practical Information:

If you wish to take the cable car, tickets are sold separately. These can be purchased at our Welcome Center, at the summit station, or online. Transport with the cable car operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Gaustabanen will be open throughout the entire event.

Allow ample time whether you plan to hike to the summit or take the cable car. The concert starts at the summit at 8:00 PM.

There will be simple refreshments available that evening. Remember to bring warm clothing, a headlamp, sturdy footwear, and a seat pad if you have one.

If weather conditions do not permit the concert to be held at Gaustatoppen that evening, it will be relocated. Notification will be given in advance in such cases. Tickets will not be refunded if the event is canceled due to weather or other force majeure situations.

Parking MUST be in designated areas in the Gausta area. Shuttle buses will be running throughout the event.
