About

Rjukan climbing park is a unique climbing park. The adventure starts with a very special attraction, Krossobanen, Northern Europe's first cable car built in 1928.

The climbing park itself is on the edge of Hardangervidda, with a panoramic view of the majestic Gaustatoppen. Just amazing!

Here on the park ground, the legendary saboteurs fled a February night in 1943, having completed the most successful sabotage action on Norwegian soil.

In our toughest challenge, the Saboteur route, you can be part of the famous Operation Gunnerside - and climb through the entire mission with instructions for each obstacle. It is not enough to just climb the gorge, crawl into the factory and blow up the heavy water construction, you also have to escape all the way out and away - to Sweden!

Here are trails and challenges for everyone, from 2-100 years. Joy, excitement, nature and social activity for everyone in the family.

Perfect for adventureseeking families, schools, birthdays, bachelor parties, teams, associations and groups of friends.
