Mogen Turisthytte

About

Many choose Mogen as a base for great hikes in the area.
From here, you have access to short walks, longer hikes, summit tours, and fishing trips.
Take a stroll along the Kvenna river, watch the fjord horses graze, see the trout rise, and hear the waterfall roar.

Practical Information:
Mogen offers 48 beds in 2-, 3-, and 4-person rooms. The 4-person rooms have bunk beds, and some 5- and 6-person rooms have sleeping lofts. Guests can either bring their own sleeping bag liner or rent bed linen at the cabin. Showers and toilets are located in the hallway on the same floor as the rooms.

Exceptional Local Food:
The hosts at Mogen serve local dishes based on regional ingredients, and the kitchen is the heart of Mogen. Here, we make our own cold cuts, sausages, and fish cakes using secret local recipes.
