The cabin is a copy of the cabin that stood on Nystaul in Fjøsbudalen and is located in the Sabotørstien trail. It is built on the walls after the original cabin in which the saboteurs spent the night.
The cottage is furnished as it was in 1942 and thus is a relatively simple standard. There are 4 bunk beds of 120cm and it is fine to sleep 2 in each bed. Sleeping bag must be brought. Mattresses and pillows are found in the bunks.
You can cook on the primus or on the wood stove. Otherwise, paraffin lamps and candles apply. Firewood is found in the outbuilding. Pure drinking water is collected in the stream which flows close to the hut.
