Waitress at restaurant at Tuddal Høyfjellshotell

About

Meals are important at Tuddal Høyfjellshotel. The restaurant at Tuddal Høyfjellshotel is a fantastic experience for anyone who enjoys good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy everything from traditional Norwegian dishes to modern and creative dishes made with exquisite and locally sourced ingredients, presented in an exquisite manner.

The most fantastic food experiences
The old timber walls and white tablecloths, adorned with porcelain and silver, create a truly special atmosphere and setting for the meals. Often, the owner, Einar, is behind the pots himself, creating the most fantastic taste experiences. He has previously worked at several Michelin restaurants, and he and his wife, Malin, want the meal to be an experience and the highlight of your stay at the hotel.

4-course dinner every evening
As a guest at the hotel, you can enjoy a 4-course dinner every evening at 7:00 pm. The menu varies depending on the season and the availability of ingredients. The restaurant also has a selection of local beers and wines, carefully chosen to complement the food.

Babettes Feast
Every year, they host Babette's Feast. Usually, the last weekend in October and the first weekend in November. Here, you are served the menu from Karen Blixen's novel as accurately as possible. This is a very popular event, and it is advisable to book well in advance.
