About

Gaustatoppen is a paradise for skiing enthusiasts and, regardless of skill level, the magic mountain has something for everyone who likes to feel adrenaline coursing through their veins.

What is more, with a day pass to the historic Gaustabanen funicular railway, it is easy to get to the summit so that you can set off over and over again.

For novice

The descent is 2,4 kilometres and is just under 30 degrees at its steepest.

For intermediates
On the east side of Gaustatoppen there are seven runs down from the ridge where it is possible to ski.

These runs are steep, 40 - 52 degress at their steepest, and is only suitable for experienced skiers.

If, on the other hand, you are an experienced dare devil, you can enjoy an amazing experience that in no way falls short of what the Alps have to offer.
